This Mango Salsa recipe is a vibrant and refreshing dip that you can eat with tortillas or you can put on top of dishes like Jerk Chicken.

The Best Mango Salsa
This simple and easy-to-make mango salsa is so incredibly good. All of the ingredients can be found at your local grocery store. This blend of ingredients creates an eye-popping salsa in minutes for any occasion.
Key Ingredients You’ll Need
Mango: The mango will add a sweet flavor to the salsa and of course, it’s what makes the salsa!
Vegetables: Use Red Bell Pepper, Onion, and Jalapeno to add more flavor with a hint of spiciness.
Seasonings: Use Chili Powder, Ground Cumin, and Salt to add additional flavor and the salt will bring out all the flavors.
Lime: I love using lime because the acid in the lime helps make the salsa last a lot longer.
Cilantro: I love putting in a lot of cilantro! This not only adds flavor but it’s so refreshing.
How To Make Mango Salsa
Step 1. In a large bowl, add the mango, bell pepper, jalapeno, and red onion.
Step 2. Put in the lime juice and seasonings and adjust the salt to your preferred taste.
Step 3. Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!
What Can I Eat With This Salsa?
I love using this salsa on top of Air fryer Jerk Chicken because it tastes the best. You can also just serve it by itself. Other great choices are pairing it with grilled fish or pork tenderloins.
How Long Does Homemade Salsa Last?
Thanks to the acids in some of the ingredients, this salsa can last up to 5 days. You will want to make sure to store it in an air-tight container in the fridge or freezer.
