- 1 lb. roast beef thin-sliced deli
- ⅓ cup water
- 1 cup nacho cheese Rico’s
- ½ cup French dressing Country
- 4 onion buns
In a medium skillet add your roast beef and water.
Turn the heat to medium and place a lid on the pan and let the meat steam for about 5 minutes or so, you just want it warmed through.
Meanwhile in a microwave-safe bowl microwave your cheese sauce in 30-second intervals until hot.
Drain any water off your roast beef and you are ready to assemble.
Start with the bottom bun and ¼ cup of cheese sauce.
To the top bun add ¼ of the French dressing.
To the bottom, bun adds ¼ of the roast beef.
Top with the top bun and serve!
