Instructions

  • In a large bowl combine the chicken, bacon, tomatoes, scallions and celery.
  • In a mixing bowl whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper and paprika.
  • Toss the dressing with the chicken mixture.
  • Refrigerate for an hour.
  • Serve with lettuce on bread.

Notes

Store leftover BLT chicken salad in the fridge for up to 3 days.
