Ingredients

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9x9-inch baking dish to keep the cobbler from sticking.
  • In a medium bowl, combine the Bisquick mix, milk, sugar, and melted butter. Stir gently until the batter is just combined and smooth.
  • Pour the cherry pie filling into the baking dish and spread it out evenly with a spoon or spatula.
  • Drop spoonfuls of the Bisquick mixture on top of the cherries. The batter won't completely cover the filling, and that's fine.
  • Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes. The cobbler is ready when the topping is golden brown and firm to the touch.
  • Remove the dish from the oven and allow it to cool for about 5-10 minutes before serving. This will help the cherry filling set slightly.
  • Scoop the cobbler onto plates or in bowls while it’s still warm. Serve it with a dollop of whipped cream or a scoop of vanilla ice cream, if desired. Enjoy!
