Line the cookies out on baking sheet.
Pull apart the Twizzler Stings and cut into 2 pieces to fit on the cookie.
Take those pieces & use them as guides to cut the rest of the strings.
Squeeze out the icing on the back side of the Twizzlers and place them on the cookies.
Add icing to the flower sprinkles and place them on top.
Once the icing has hardened, you can place two into a plastic bag and add the topper.
