Flip Flop Cookies are so Adorable and super Easy to make! All you need is just a few ingredients and you can make a ton of these in a very short period of time. Such a fun idea for Summer!
My oldest has a end of the year party at school tomorrow & we are in charge of making over 100 cookies for the kids. We decided to make these fun Flip Flop Cookies & we also are including a FREE Printable for you to use as well!

Flip Flop Cookies
They turned out so cute & these are so easy to make! You can use the printable for any other fun summer cookies as well. We will also be giving these to the teachers including a gift card & we think they make fun teacher appreciation gifts.
Ingredients You Will Need:
- Nutter Butter Cookies
- Flower Sprinkles
- Twizzler Strings
- White Cookie Icing (Better Crocker)
- Summer Printable
- Snack Size Baggies
Start out by lining up the Nutter Butter’s on a work surface. Pull apart the Twizzler Stings. You are going to cut 2 pieces to fit on the cookie. Take those pieces & use them as guides to cut the rest of the strings. Squeeze out the icing on the back side of your Twizzler pieces & place them on the cookies. Add icing to the flower sprinkles & place them on top.
Seriously these are the easiest cookies you will ever make & are so much fun for any summer occasion including a beach party, end of year party, pool party, etc…
We made 130 of these in no time at all. In our opinion decorating pre made cookies are the way to go when making this many cookies!:)
Here is a close up….
Here is the FREE Printable for you! Just save, print, & cut out….
Now you have super cute End of Summer Cookies to hand out to the kids!
We also found this adorable idea off of Pinterest with a frosted cake in the middle to look like a Swimming Pool and Flip Flop Cookies around the sides.
From what it looks like, this is a 2 layered cake with blue frosting and vanilla wafer cookies around the edges.
The cookies surrounding the cake are Vienna Fingers which are a great alternative for kids with peanut allergies.

Do you have a recipe for the swimming pool cake?
Just use any 2 layer cake recipe using blue frosting and line the edges with wafer cookies.
What is in the pool?

I have made this as pictured. The pool wall is Voortman’s vanilla wafers. It’s a thin waffle cookie with cream filling.
