Ingredients

  • 1 Pound Cheese Raviolis Fresh or Frozen, Defrosted
  • 1 Cup Italian Style Bread Crumbs
  • 1/4 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Tablespoon Water

Instructions

  • In a shallow dish, combine the bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Set aside.
  • In another shallow dish, whisk together the egg and water. Set aside.
  • Dip the raviolis in the egg mixture and then press into the bread crumb mixture. Set on a wire rack while the frying oil heats up.
