Preheat your grill or a grill pan to medium heat.
In a bowl, whisk together the melted butter, brown sugar, and allspice until well combined to make the glaze. Set aside.
On a baking sheet or cutting board arrange the pineapple spears. Using a pastry brush, generously spread the glaze all over the pineapple spears.
Place the pineapple spears onto the preheated grill grates. Cook for about 7-10 minutes, turning them occasionally, until the pineapple begins to caramelize and char slightly.
Once done, remove the pineapple from the grill and let it cool slightly.
