Honey BBQ Riblets

These Honey BBQ Riblets are a delicious family friendly weeknight dinner that is full of flavor. Boneless bites of pork ribs are baked until tender in a sweet and savory sticky sauce. Perfect for serving over rice or mashed potatoes these riblets melt in your mouth!

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a large mixing bowl combine the pork ribs, bbq sauce, brown sugar, honey, worcestershire sauce, liquid smoke, black pepper, garlic salt, onion powder and smoked paprika until everything is coated well.
  • Pour the riblets into a 9x13 baking dish.
  • Bake in 350 degree oven for 45-60 minutes or until the pork is fork tender and the sauce is glazy and caramelized.
  • Serve over rice or mashed potatoes.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • Use your favorite BBQ sauce.
  • You can add some cayenne, hot sauce, or red pepper flake for a spicy kick.
