Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
In a large mixing bowl combine the pork ribs, bbq sauce, brown sugar, honey, worcestershire sauce, liquid smoke, black pepper, garlic salt, onion powder and smoked paprika until everything is coated well.
Pour the riblets into a 9x13 baking dish.
Bake in 350 degree oven for 45-60 minutes or until the pork is fork tender and the sauce is glazy and caramelized.
Serve over rice or mashed potatoes.
