Honey Garlic Meatballs

These Honey Garlic Meatballs are a fabulous easy dinner to throw together that are full of flavor and always family friendly. Frozen meatballs bake up in a sticky sauce of honey, garlic, ketchup and soy sauce. These meatballs are perfect over rice or mashed potatoes and also make a great appetizer.

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • In a bowl whisk together the honey, brown sugar, ketchup, soy sauce and garlic.
  • In a large bowl combine the meatballs with the sauce and stir to coat.
  • Add the meatballs and sauce to a 9x13 baking dish.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until the meatballs are nice and caramelized and the sauce is thickened.
  • Garnish with scallions, parsley and sesame seeds.
  • Serve!

Notes

  • Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • If you like, you can add a little red pepper flake to spice it up.
  • This is fabulous over white rice or mashed potatoes.
