Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Chop strawberries and add all berries to an 8x8 (or equivalent) baking dish with sugar and vanilla and stir to combine until the berries are evenly coated.
In a medium bowl, use a pastry blender to mix together the topping ingredients until the butter is pea-sized and the mixture is coarse.
Sprinkle the crumble topping over the top of the berries and bake for 45 to 50 minutes until the top is golden brown and the berry juices are bubbling up around the edges of the pan.
Serve warm or room temperature with whipped cream or ice cream.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3-4 days.
