Orange Creamsicle Pie

This easy no-bake Orange Creamsicle Pie is a summer favorite. It's light and flavorful, with a creamy vanilla orange filling thanks to ingredients like yogurt, Cool Whip, and jello.

  • In a large glass bowl, add the orange gelatin along with 1/4 cup of reserved mandarin orange juice and microwave on high for 1 minute. Place the gelatin mixture in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes to thicken.
  • Once chilled whisk in the orange yogurt and Cool Whip. Gently fold in 1/2 cup of chopped mandarin oranges.
  • Pour the pie filling into the prepared pie crust and top it with dollops of whipped cream and whole mandarin oranges.
  • Refrigerate it until it sets, which should take around 4 hours. For a frozen dessert, freeze for 2 hours.
