Green Layer
Line an 8x8 square pan with parchment paper.
Remove the top from the sweetened condensed can and mix in the neon green food coloring.
Add the white chocolate chips, green sweetened condensed milk, and butter to a medium pot over low to medium heat.
Stir the mixture until melted.
Stir in the green apple extract.
Pour the fudge into the dish.
Allow the fudge to harden overnight.
Next day:
Remove the green fudge from the pan and peel off the parchment paper.
Place new parchment paper into the dish.
Remove the top from the sweetened condensed can and mix in the black food coloring.
Add the white chocolate chips, black sweetened condensed milk, and butter to a medium pot over low to medium heat.
Stir the mixture until melted.
Stir in the green apple extract.
Pour half of the black fudge into the baking dish.
Carefully place the green fudge onto the black fudge and gently press down.
Pour the rest of the black fudge on top and smooth until covers the entire green layer.
Allow the fudge to harden overnight before removing it and cutting it into 2-inch squares.
