Green Layer

  • Line an 8x8 square pan with parchment paper.
  • Remove the top from the sweetened condensed can and mix in the neon green food coloring.
  • Add the white chocolate chips, green sweetened condensed milk, and butter to a medium pot over low to medium heat.
  • Stir the mixture until melted.
  • Stir in the green apple extract.
  • Pour the fudge into the dish.
  • Allow the fudge to harden overnight.

Next day:

  • Remove the green fudge from the pan and peel off the parchment paper.
  • Place new parchment paper into the dish.
  • Remove the top from the sweetened condensed can and mix in the black food coloring.
  • Add the white chocolate chips, black sweetened condensed milk, and butter to a medium pot over low to medium heat.
  • Stir the mixture until melted.
  • Stir in the green apple extract.
  • Pour half of the black fudge into the baking dish.
  • Carefully place the green fudge onto the black fudge and gently press down.
  • Pour the rest of the black fudge on top and smooth until covers the entire green layer.
  • Allow the fudge to harden overnight before removing it and cutting it into 2-inch squares.
  • Enjoy!
