Poison Halloween Fudge

This fudge is so thick and creamy, it will just melt in your mouth. The flavor is made by using apple extract in each of the chocolate layers. This fudge is black and green which are the perfect colors for a Halloween treat. This is a great option to put into goodie bags or bring to parties.

Key Ingredients You’ll Need

White Chocolate Chips: This will be combined with sweetened condensed milk and butter to make the black and neon green fudge layers.

Food Coloring Gel: You will need neon green and black food coloring Gel to blend easily into the chocolate.

Green Apple Extract: You can find this extra by following the link to Amazon.

How To Make Poison Apple Fudge

Step 1. Use parchment paper to line an 8×8-inch square pan. Add the neon food coloring to the can of sweetened condensed milk. In a medium pot, pour in the green condensed milk, white chocolate chips, and butter and melt over low to medium heat and combine. Put in the apple extract and combine before adding the mixture to the prepared pan. Place in the fridge overnight to harden.

Step 2. Take the green fudge out of the pan and remove the parchment paper. Line the pan with a new layer of parchment paper. Add the black food coloring to the can of sweetened condensed milk. In a medium pot, pour in the black condensed milk, white chocolate chips, and butter and melt over low to medium heat and combine. Put in the apple extract and combine before adding half the mixture to the prepared baking pan.

Step 3. Place the green fudge gently on top of the black fudge and press down carefully. before adding the remaining half of the black fudge on top and evenly smoothing it out. Place in the fridge overnight to harden before taking it out of the pan. Slice into 2-inch squares and enjoy!
