Rainbow Margarita

This eye-popping Rainbow Margarita is a delicious twist on a classic frozen margarita! Each layer has flavors like cherry, mango, orange, melon , blue raspberry and grape.

Instructions

Make the Layers

  • In a blender, add the ingredients for each layer separately. Blend on high until smooth. Pour each flavor into a small container or pitcher. Set to the side in the freezer.

Assemble

  • Using a SMALL cookie/ice cream scoop (there will be 6 layers in each glass), scoop out the Purple mixture and add to the glass. Then top with a scoop of the Blue mixture. Repeat with the remaining layers. Lightly tap the glass on the counter after each layer is added to allow the cocktail mixtures to settle evenly. Use a very small spatula to even out the layers in the drink if needed.
  • Garnish and enjoy!
