Ravioli Casserole

This Creamy and Cheesy Ravioli Casserole is destined to become a new family favorite. Bursting with rich flavors and ooey-gooey cheese, this easy-to-make recipe is the perfect comfort food for any night of the week.

  • Preheat the oven to 350° and spray a 9x13 baking dish with non stick cooking spray and set aside. In a medium pan brown the sausage and drain the fat. Stir in the spaghetti sauce, turn off the heat and set aside.
  • In a large bowl combine the cottage cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese and garlic powder, stir. Add the ravioli and stir to coat everything.
  • Spread the ravioli into the bottom of the prepared baking dish, pour the meat sauce all over top of the raviolis and spread. Top with mozzarella cheese and bake uncovered for 45 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes before serving! You can top with chopped parsley before serving if you’d like.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days
  • If you want it spicy, you can add some red pepper flakes.
  • You can use whatever flavor of ravioli you’d like.
  • You can use hot ground sausage instead of Italian if you want it spicy.
