Ingredients
- ½ C unsalted butter softened
- 1 C sugar
- ½ C light brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 2 C flour
Cream cheese Frosting
- ½ C unsalted butter softened
- ½ C cream cheese
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 4 C powdered sugar
- 1 tsp-3 tsp heavy whipping cream
- 1 C valentines day sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 and line a 9x13 baking dish with a parchment paper
- Using a large bowl, whisk together the flour, and ground cinnamon
- In a large bowl, beat together the butter, sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla until combined
- Gradually beat in the flour and cinnamon until combined
- Spread the dough evenly into the pan
- Bake in the oven for 20-24 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
- Allow cooling completely
Cream cheese frosting
- Using a standing mixer, beat together the butter and cream cheese until combined and smooth
- Beat in the powdered sugar, vanilla, and heavy whipping cream until combined and smooth
- Spread evenly onto the bars and sprinkle some Valentine's day sprinkles on top
- Cut into bars and enjoy!
