Instructions

English Muffin Snowman Breakfast

  • Cut your English muffin in half toast it.
  • Spread cream cheese on the muffin halves.
  • Cut 2 pieces of bacon with kitchen scissors to make the hat and scarf. Use raisins to decorate the face and for buttons.
  • Use a small piece of clementine or mandarin orange for the nose. Use sliced bananas for the snow.

Poached Egg Snowman Breakfast

  • Poach your eggs (we did ours in the microwave)
  • Flip them over on the plate when they are done.
  • Make a large pancake to fit the bottom of the plate. Cut the top of the pancake with kitchen scissors to look like a hill.
  • Make your bacon and use 1 strip for a scarf and cut another strip for the hat and arms.
  • Cut a couple of dark grapes to make the buttons and face (you could also use chocolate chips or raisins).
  • Sift or sprinkle a little bit of powdered sugar on the pancake and sky for the snow.
