Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
Slice your bagel across into 6 pieces but DO NOT cut all the way through the bagel
In a bowl mix your softened cream cheese and sugar
Pipe or spoon the cream cheese into each slice in the bagel
In a bowl or dish add the butter, parsley, italian seasoning, garlic and everything bagel seasoning
Microwave in 30 second intervals until all melted
Stir in the parmesan cheese
Brush the butter mixture all over the bagels
Bake for 8-12 minutes until the bagels are toasted and the cream cheese melted and the tops are golden
