Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
To a large mixing bowl combine your ketchup, brown sugar and Worcestershire sauce.
To the bowl add the kielbasa, onion, red bell pepper, green bell pepper and pineapple chunks.
Stir everything to combine.
Add everything to a 9x13 baking dish.
Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes, stirring once or twice.
You want to cook the sausage until it gets nice and glazy and caramelized.
