The blackberry mojito: our favorite new mojito recipe! This is going to be a favorite all summer long with it’s fresh berries, lime and mint leaves. It just sounds so refreshing!

Blackberry Mojito
Ingredients:
- Blackberry Juice
- 1 pint blackberries
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 6 whole mint leaves
- Juice from half a lime
- 2 oz rum
- 2 oz blackberry juice
- Sliced Lime wheels
- soda water
Directions:
- In a blender, add the blackberries, sugar and water.
- Blend on medium until pureed.
- Strain the blackberry mixture thru a mesh sieve.
- Discard all the seeds.
- In a glass, add the mint leaves, juice from the lime, and a splash of the soda water.
- Muddle the mint and lime together.
- Add your lime wheels into the glass
- Top the glass with ice.
- Add the rum, blackberry juice.
- Lightly stir
- Top with soda water.
- Stir to combine.
- Garnish with lime wedge, mint sprig and blackberries.

Surely you don’t mean that a whole pint of Blackberries go in EACH cocktail?
Hey Kim, It does take quite a bit of blackberries to provide the juice. You can also buy blackberry juice and just use the fresh blackberries for garnish.
