Ingredients
- 10 tsp instant espresso powder
- 5 C water
- 1 Tbsp molasses
- 1 1/2 C half and half
- 1 Tbsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp ginger
- Whipped cream optional
- Gingerbread sprinkles or gingerbread men cookies optional
Instructions
- Boil a kettle of water
- Place the espresso powder in the crockpot and pour 5 cups boiling water over espresso powder
- Stir in the molasses, creamer, and spices
- Place on high heat for 45 minutes to combine, and then serve
- Garnish with whipped cream and sprinkle with gingerbread men sprinkles and cookies
