We’ve collected more than 30 of our favorite pasta salad recipes and this one ranks at the top! Anytime I serve this at our get togethers everyone loves it. It’s so flavorful and hearty it could be a meal all by itself.

Tortellini Pasta Salad

I love cheese filled tortellini. It’s one of my kids favorite things to eat. We decided to try and make something new with our favorite pasta, instead of just the usual Alfredo sauce.

Pasta Salad seemed like the perfect idea!

We used all of a bunch of veggies like cucumber, peppers, tomatoes. We also added two kinds of cheese; parmesan and mozzarella. Of course, don’t forget the salami and pepperoni!

Homemade Dressing

You can easily make the dressing by adding you vinegar and olive oil with your basil, garlic and oregano in a jar. Then, shake it up!

Pour your mixture over the pasta and veggies and mix. So simple!

Go ahead and serve this the same day for the freshest flavors. You can though, make it the day before your BBQ to save time. It will store in the fridge for 2-3 days tops.

Enjoy!
