In a large skillet over medium-high heat, sear the steak bites quickly. You just want to get a little color on the outside, we are not looking to cook the meat through. Add the steak to the slow cooker.
In a small bowl combine worcestershire sauce, honey, brown sugar, ketchup, lite soy sauce, bourbon, garlic, black pepper, and apple cider vinegar. Pour the sauce all over the steak bites.
Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or until the steak bites are fork tender. Serve!
