- 1 pound tri colored rotini cooked to box directions and drained
- 1 cucumber peeled and sliced
- 1 green bell pepper diced
- 1 red bell pepper diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes sliced
- 1 small red onion diced
- 2 cups fresh spinach chopped
- 1 cup sweet and hot salad peppers
- ¼ pound ham deli ham diced
- ¼ pound salami diced
- 1 cup pepperoni diced
- ½ pound provolone cheese diced
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 16 ounce Italian dressing
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese grated
- Parsley optional
In a large bowl combine the cooked pasta, cucumber, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, tomatoes, onion, spinach, salad peppers, salami, pepperoni, ham and cheese.
In a smaller bowl combine the mayonnaise, dressing, italian seasoning, black pepper and parmesan cheese.
Pour the dressing over the pasta and vegetables and toss to combine.
Chill for 4 hours before serving.
Garnish with parsley, optional.
