In a blender add in heavy whipping cream, sweetened condensed milk, chocolate syrup, instant coffee, and vanilla.
Pulse only a few times to mix the mixture. Be sure not to pulse too fast or too long.
Add in Jameson Whiskey to the blender and pulse a few times. The idea is to make sure the mixture is mixed through without curdling the mixture.
Transfer mixture to glass bottles that will seal very well. Store in the refrigerator.
