- 1 1/2 cups Lettuce shredded
- 1 cup Salsa
- 1 Tomato diced
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
- 1 1/2 cup Sour Cream divided
- 2 Avocados diced
- 1 can Refried Beans
- 1 pkg Taco Seasoning
In a medium bowl, combine the taco seasoning with the refried beans.
In the football bowl, layer your ingredients starting with the shredded lettuce, then the salsa, diced tomato, cheese, 1 cup sour cream, diced avocados and then top with the refried bean mixture.
Spoon the remainder 1/2 cup of sour cream in a zip-lock baggie and snip off the corner. Pipe the laces and stripes on the top to look like a football.
