- 1 head cabbage
- 2 tablespoons canola or vegetable oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Preheat the oven to 400F degrees.
Slice the cabbage into 1/2-inch-thick rounds and place in an even layer on a large baking sheet.
Brush both sides of each cabbage steak with oil and season to taste with salt and black pepper.
Bake for 17-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve hot with Yum Yum Sauce (if preferred).
