  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Line a brownie baking dish with parchment paper and lightly cover with cookie spray, set aside.
  • Using a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, pumpkin pie spice, baking soda, and salt and whisk to combine. Set aside.
  • Using a standing mixer, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Mix in the egg and vanilla and beat until combined. Mix in the pumpkin puree and beat until combined
  • Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until combined.
  • Fold in ¾ cups of the semi sweet chocolate chips and the chocolate chunks.
  • Spread batter into your brownie baking dish.
  • Sprinkle remaining chocolate chips and chunks onto the batter.
  • Bake in the oven for 30-45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Cool completely before cutting into squares.
