Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl, cream together the sugars and butter until light and fluffy.
Add the eggs and vanilla and beat well.
Stir in the flour, baking soda, salt and baking powder to the butter/sugar mixture.
Fold in oats, Rice Krispies and chocolate chips.
Drop tablespoonfuls of cookie dough onto lightly greased or lined (with parchment or silicone liner) baking sheets.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until the cookies are lightly golden brown but still soft.
