Rocky Mountain Cookies

Rocky Mountain Cookies are loaded with Rice Krispies, oats and chocolate chips. These delicious oatmeal cookies are soft, chewy, chocolatey and filled with Rice Krispies - perfection!

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a large bowl, cream together the sugars and butter until light and fluffy.
  • Add the eggs and vanilla and beat well.
  • Stir in the flour, baking soda, salt and baking powder to the butter/sugar mixture.
  • Fold in oats, Rice Krispies and chocolate chips.
  • Drop tablespoonfuls of cookie dough onto lightly greased or lined (with parchment or silicone liner) baking sheets.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes until the cookies are lightly golden brown but still soft.
