Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Spread the shredded or chopped turkey evenly across the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
Pour the turkey gravy over the turkey, spreading it out to cover the meat.
Spoon the cranberry sauce over the gravy, spreading it into an even layer.
Add the green beans on top of the cranberry sauce, spreading them out evenly. Sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
Spread the prepared stuffing over the green beans, pressing it down gently to create an even layer. Dot the top with the 2 tablespoons of butter, divided into small pieces.
Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the stuffing is golden and the casserole is heated through.
Let the casserole rest for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
