New Years Dinner for Kids!
We made this fun Midnight Clock Quesadilla for New Years and the kids thought it turned out so cool! We used 2 tortillas, shredded cheese, black beans, sour cream, and a small piece of a yellow pepper.

Sprinkle cheese in between the tortillas and heat it up in a pan or microwave. Heat up a small bowl of black beans and decorate the clock with them. Put a small amount of sour cream in a baggie and snip off just a tad on the corner to pipe on the words. We had a small star cookie cutter and cut out the stars with that from the yellow pepper. There are so many ways to decorate this. You could use different colored peppers and tomatoes to make fire works, etc…

Let the kids make their own…they might surprise you with how creative they can be!
