Your kids are going to love this fun Valentine’s Day Snack! This Fruit & Cheese Heart Platter is so simple to make & everyone will know how much you “love” them when you serve this easy appetizer tray!
I plan to make this for my 5 year old’s pre-school class this year. This is fun way to get the kids to eat a healthy Valentine’s Day snack!

Fruit & Cheese Heart Platter Ingredients
- Pretzel Thins
- Sliced Cheese Squares
- Strawberries
- Watermelon
- Cantaloupe
Directions
- Line up your pretzel crackers rotating each row on different sides of the pretzel (one side is light & one side is dark). We found these crackers in the grocery store. They are not labeled as heart crackers, but happen to have a heart shape!
- Wash and cut your strawberries in half. Shape the strawberry halves into heart shapes using a knife. Take your cheese slices and cut out heart shapes with your cookie cutter. Cut up your watermelon into slices. Cut out pieces of the watermelons slices using your heart cutter. Do the same thing with your cantaloupe slices.
- Rotate the fruit and cheese heart cut outs by color in between the rows of pretzels.
This fun Valentine’s snack is a great idea for a Valentine class party at school!
The kids will have fun decorating their own plates with their very own heart snacks!
