Preheat the oven to 350°F. Place the bottom halves of the Hawaiian rolls in a 10-inch cast-iron skillet or baking dish cut side up, set aside.
In a small bowl mix together the mustard, brown sugar, the honey, and a pinch of kosher salt until smooth. Brush the cut side of the rolls with the sauce, using half of the sauce.
Take a slice of cheese and cut it in half, fold it into a 4th and place it on one of the rolls halves. Continue with all of the rolls, using ½ a slice of cheese per roll. Top each roll evenly with the ham slices. Top the ham with the remaining cheese.
Brush the tops of the rolls on the cut side with the remaining mustard sauce. Top the sliders with the top buns, set aside.
In a small bowl mix together the butter, poppy seeds, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, and a pinch of kosher salt. Evenly pour this on top of the rolls. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and the tops of the rolls are browned.
