Those are all fantastic, but if I’m being honest, this classic chicken salad recipe is the one I make the most.

Ingredients
- 2 cups chicken cooked and shredded
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 ribs celery diced into ¼ inch pieces
- 1 green onion sliced very thin
- 1 ¼ teaspoon spicy brown mustard
- ¼ teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon fresh dill or freeze-dried dill.
Instructions
- Add the shredded chicken, mayonnaise, spicy mustard, celery, onion, seasoned salt, pepper and dill to a medium bowl. Stir well to combine.
- Taste and add additional salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve on bread or a croissant or enjoy it on the side.
