Does This Chocolate Cake Need to Be Made in a Heart Bundt Cake Pan
No. If you do not have a heart shaped bundt pan that fits into your Instant Pot you can use a traditional bundt cake pan. However, the heart shaped bundt pan does make this even cuter for Valentine’s Day.
Does This Chocolate Bundt Cake Need to Be Refrigerated
When you make a chocolate cake it does not have to be refrigerated. Cakes do better and taste better when they are not refrigerated. When you make chocolate ganache, it can stay at room temperature for up to 2 days as long as it is cool in the house. So a house with no air conditioning and it is 90 degrees out might want to put the ganache in the refrigerator. After 2 days, the ganache needs to be refrigerated and will last up to a month.
So this chocolate cake can stay at room temperature for up to 3 days and then you will need to move it to the refrigerator.
