Crispy Air Fryer Hush Puppies

My first memory of a hush puppy is Long John Silvers. My dad would take me there when I was a kid and the hush puppies were my favorite part! Hush puppies are loved here in the South and we typically serve them with seafood dinners.

Hush puppies are delicious cornmeal-based bread bites with a crispy outside. Traditionally they are deep-fried in hot oil. However, this recipe calls for the Air fryer to lighten it up It’s our favorite way to make hush puppies! These make the perfect side dish for a fish fry or any seafood dinner.
