Cinnamon Sugar Air Fryer Donuts (4-ingredients)
One of our most popular recipes is our Easy Canned Biscuit Donuts which are baked in the oven. Everyone just loves them and it’s just as easy. This is just a different version that takes less cooking time. However, if you don’t have an Air Fryer, I would definitely suggest that you try our baked version.
Easy Air Fryer Donuts
If you do not currently own an air fryer, let this be the recipe that convinces you to buy one. The air fryer uses convection to circulate hot air around whatever you put inside so your favorite fried food recipes can now be made without the Frying and less guilt! We LOVE ours and have made so many awesome recipes like our popular Air Fryer Apple Fries and Air Fryer Jalepeno Bacon Cheese Balls.

Ingredients You Will Need:
- Flaky Jumbo Biscuit Dough (such as Pillsbury Grands)
- Ground Cinnamon
- Granulated Sugar
- Melted Butter
- Coconut Oil Cooking Spray
How To Make Donuts In An Air Fryer
- Preheat air fryer to 360 degrees. To do this, simply turn your air fryer on at 330 degrees and let it run for about 3-5 minutes.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the cinnamon and sugar. Set aside.
- Open the can of flaky biscuits and cut the center out of each one using a 1-inch round cutter. Lightly coat air fryer basket with coconut oil spray (you can also use olive oil spray). Do not use non-stick spray like Pam (those sprays could be harmful to your air fryer).
- Place the donuts (not holes), in your air fryer. Bake for 5 minutes at 360 degrees. As the doughnuts are cooking, melt the butter.
- Using a silicone pastry brush, coat the baked doughnuts with your melted butter. Then cover the donuts with the cinnamon sugar mixture by dipping and rolling around. Use a spoon to coat the top as well. Gently shake off excess cinnamon sugar. Serve doughnuts hot.
Air Fryer Donut Holes
When you air fry the “holes”, set your timer for 3 minutes and repeat the process of dipping in butter and then adding the cinnamon and sugar mixture.

So these were yummy. The only problem I had was the layers of the flaky biscuits separated.
Definitely satisfied my urge when I wanted a donut from the bakery! Easy! Thanks.
Way back when, these were all the rage and deep fried. Instead of cutting out a donut hole, you can put your finger through the center of the biscuit or use something else to poke through. No donut hole, unless you want one. I will be trying these soon.
Just made these with my daughter and she loved them!!
Could you please explain why you set oven to 330 and not 360? Thank you
If you don’t pre heat won’t turn out. Preheat at 330 then turn to 360 to make.
These were absolutely delicious!!
Make these!!!! Big hit!
The donuts were absolutely delicious. I definitely will be making these again.

Ohmyword! I’m so excited to try these! These donuts (fried in Crisco) have been a Saturday morning treat since I was a little girl. About 10 years ago I just started quartering the biscuits & calling them beignets I told my girls we should make these all at the same time since we all live in different parts of the country’
Great! We will be making these again real soon!
