  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ¼ cup water
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 ½ cups flour
  • 2 cups old fashioned rolled oats
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350F.
