How to Make Pumpkin Spice Snowballs

Line cookie sheets with parchment paper and preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

Add together the flour, salt, ground cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and allspice, using a large bowl.

Mix together the butter and powdered sugar and vanilla using a hand mixer until combined and fluffy.

Slowly add in the dry ingredients until a dough forms.

Scoop some dough into the palm of your hand using a tablespoon for measuring and roll into the shape of a ball.

Place the dough onto the prepared sheet and repeat until all the dough is used.

For 8-9 minutes or until light brown, bake in the oven.

Take out of the oven and set aside to cool for 5 minutes.

What are Snowball Cookies?

Snowball Cookies are a mixture of a few ingredients. The ingredients are formed into a ball, baked and add a dusting of sugar they make snowballs. These are very similar to cake balls that are then rolled in the powdered sugar. This gives the appearance of snowballs when piled together.

Can I Add Pecans to Snowballs?

You can add chopped pecans to these snowballs. You can add the chopped pecans to the inside of the ball before it is baked. I recommend chopping the pecans into very small pieces.
