How To Cut Brussel Sprouts for Salad
The key to cutting your brussel sprouts easily is to have a very sharp knife. First, cut off the ends and toss them. Then carefully slice the sprouts as thinly as possible. You don’t want to have big chunks in your salad.

Start by chopping your fruits and veggies and tossing them together with pomegranate seeds, cheese, cranberries and nuts. That’s literally all you have to do for this yummy salad.

Do I have to use almonds?
No, you can use any type of nut you’d like. I personally think walnuts would go great. Or you could totally skip nuts altogether.

- 1 lb fresh brussel sprouts- rinsed and dried
- 1 large granny smith apple
- ¼ cup dried cranberries
- ½ cup pomegranate seeds
- ¼ sliced almonds
- 1 ½ ounces crumbled feta cheese
Directions for salad:
- To prepare the brussel sprouts, use a sharp knife to cut off the ends and discard. Then slice the sprouts as thinly as possible.
- Chop or slice the granny smith apple.
- Combine all salad ingredients in a large bowl and toss to combine.
