Candy Cane Jello Shots

Making these are of course very similar to making regular Jello, but you add in a little kick to it. Because of that, it’s important to follow the directions below exactly.

This recipe has a red cherry layer made with the Vanilla Vodka and a white layer made with Peppermint Schnapps. You’ll get a delicious cherry vanilla flavor when it’s combined together.

Making Candy Cane Jello Shots

In order to make the layers look like they are twisting like a candy cane, we pour the Jello mixture in at an angle. It’s easy to do, just put your shot glasses in a muffin tin and tip them to the side.

The crushed candy canes go right in the middle of the layers and make a great crunchy texture when you’re eating these.

Cheers to an epic annual holiday party and a very Merry Christmas!

  1. 5 stars
Does the remaining red jello not harden while waiting for red then white to set in the shot cups??? So excited to try making them!

    1. I put shots in refrigerator between layers for about 15 minutes for first layer and 10 minutes for the remaining. The remaining jello had not started to solidify until the very end, so no worries.

  2. I’m excited to make these festive jello shots! I noticed in your description you mention crushed candy canes between
