Dr. Seuss Cat in the Hat Ice Cream Treat

We thought it would be fun to make Cat in the Hat Ice Cream for a fun treat to celebrate the birthday of Dr. Seuss this week! This is very easy to make!

Cat in the Hat Ice Cream

1 Cake Cone
1 Fruit Roll Up Strip
Vanilla Ice Cream
4 Raisins
Mini Chocolate Chips
4 Pretzel Sticks

Start out by cutting off 3 pieces from your fruit roll up strip and then wrap them around the cone. Just press on the backs and they will stick. We placed everything out on our work surface before scooping out the ice cream. This way you can pop it on without the ice cream melting. We cut up 2 raisins for the eyes and eye brows. We used a raisin for the nose. We used mini chocolate chips for the mouth.

Scoop the vanilla ice cream in a small bowl and place on the face, pretzel whiskers, & cone hat! Serve or cover & place back in the freezer until ready to use.
