Today we made this breakfast to celebrate Good Friday. This is so easy to make & also a great breakfast to make the kids on Easter morning. My 3 year old helped make this & we had a great time talking about Jesus & all that he has done for us. Feeling so thankful & blessed.
Isaiah 53:5
But he was pierced for our transgressions,
he was crushed for our iniquities;
the punishment that brought us peace was on him,
and by his wounds we are healed.
Good Friday Easter Breakfast
Pancake Mix
2 Eggs
2 Pieces of Turkey Bacon
Start out by making 3 pancakes in a pan on low heat. Then cut around the edges to look like mountains using kitchen scissors. Beat 2 eggs in a bowl & pour in the pan like you are making a omelette. Place the eggs on a work surface & cut the edges using your kitchen scissors. We also cut crosses from 2 pieces of turkey bacon. Make the bacon in the microwave..it’s easier to work with.

The ONE thing you’re not supposed to do on this day is eat meat. You clearly didn’t think this recipe through.
