Easy Banana Egg Rolls

These egg rolls are stuffed with creamy peanut butter and sweet bananas, making them the perfect combination of flavors. They’re also easy to make – just pop them in the oven for a few minutes and you’ll have a tasty snack that everyone will love.

Key Ingredients You’ll Need

Bananas – Cut the bananas in half. Each half will go into the egg rolls.

Peanut butter- You can use a crunchy peanut butter but I prefer creamy. I like the combination of the creamy peanut butter, the banana and the crispy wrapping.

Egg roll wrappers- Make sure you have egg rolls and not wantons. Wantons are smaller and do not fold the same.

Oil- Use a high quality oil that has a high smoking point. I like to use peanut oil.

How to Make Peanut Butter Banana Egg Rolls

Place the wrapper on the workspace and add the peanut butter. Place the banana on top and then start to roll the wrapper.

Fold in the sides and then the bottom and top. Close everything with a dab of water.

How Store Leftover Egg Rolls

Leftover egg rolls can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.

You can also freeze these egg rolls for up to 2 months. Thaw in the refrigerator overnight and then reheat.

How to Reheat Peanut Butter Banana Egg Rolls

These egg rolls are best reheated in the oven. Preheat to 375 degrees and place the egg rolls on a baking sheet. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until heated through.

You can also reheat in the microwave but they will not be as crispy. Place on a plate and heat for 1-2 minutes or until heated through.
