Poodle Pancakes

We made this fun Poodle Pancake Breakfast the other morning and it’s pretty easy to make! I have always loved poodles. We do not have any dogs as of now, but I would love to get another poodle one day. I have had 2 poodles growing up and they were the best dogs!

Poodle Pancakes

Poodle Pancakes…

Pancake Mix
1 Strawberry
1 Dark Grape
Whipped Cream Spray

Mix up your pancake mix according to package directions. Pour the mix into a pan on low heat into the shape of the poodle head. Then shape the ear. It doesn’t have to look perfect…just use kitchen scissors to cut around the edges. Place the pancake shapes on a plate. We cut a dark grape with a knife to make the nose and eye. We cut a strawberry to make the collar and mouth. Spray on whipped cream to make the puffy hair on top and the bottom of the ear. This takes just minutes to make and your little dog lovers will love this for breakfast!

My last poodle Chloe was a little poodle princess. I was one of “those people” that actually put her in clothes and dyed her pink! My boys look back at this and think I was nuts!:) People used her in photos for ads. She was not happy at all when I had my first son and my good friend Tania adopted her. It was so hard for me to let her go, but she was so much happier getting the attention she was used to. Here is my little princess Chloe that passed away last year….

Just hopped over from Tatertots and Jello. Those are adorable pancakes! We have a black toy poodle named Penelope. We totally dress her up – but she loves it! Sarah
