We created these fun Thanksgiving Turkey Pancakes for breakfast the other morning and this would be a great breakfast to make on Thanksgiving morning for the kids! Super easy to make and we used cookie cutters to make this simple for you!

We love coming up with fun breakfast ideas around the holidays like our Turkey Waffles Breakfast. We try to keep them easy to make with staples you may already have at the house. This is such a cute breakfast idea to surprise the kids on Thanksgiving morning.
Thanksgiving Turkey Pancakes Ingredients:
- Pancakes – make our delicious Fluffy Pancakes recipe or used a boxed mix.
- Fruit: strawberry and clementines
- Eggs: you will need to make scrambled eggs
- Decorating: mini marshmallow and mini chocolate chips.
How To Make Turkey Pancakes
- Combine your ingredients for Fluffy Pancakes recipe or mix.
- Pour your mix into a pan over low heat and make a large round pancake.
- Make another smaller pancake and then 2 smaller pancakes.
- Use a large round cookie cutter to cut out the large pancake and a medium round cookie cutter to cut the other pancake or you can use kitchen scissors.
- Use heart cookie cutters to cut out the 2 small pancakes. If you do not have cookie cutters just use kitchen scissors.
- Place the pancakes on a plate.
- Scramble up 2 eggs.
- Line the top of the large pancake with the sliced fruit and eggs.
- Cut a piece for the strawberry to make the wattle.
- Cut a few pieces from a clementine slice to make the beak and feet.
- Use a mini marshmallow in half for the eyes and mini chocolate chips for the pupils.
Trust me…your kids are going to love this and it’s a great way to get them to eat lots of fruit for breakfast!:)
