My 9 year old’s class is reading a book about a dog at school and wanted me to create some Candy Bar Dog Treats for the kids.  These turned out so cute and super easy to make!

Directions:

Start out by unwrapping your candy bars & kisses. Cut the points off of a hand full of chocolate chips and attach them on the bottom of the candy bar using your icing.

Press your black edible marker on each side of a marshmallow bit. But the tips off and attach them on the Hershey’s kiss for eyes. Make a nose using your marker. Break a heart sprinkle in half and press it under the nose for a tongue.

Cut the tips off of more of the chocolate chips and then cut them into triangle shapes using a knife. Attach them on the top sides of the kiss for ears. Add on a chocolate jimmies sprinkle for the tail using your icing.

Attach the kiss on the front with your icing. You can prop these up until set using your other candy bar bodies that you created.
