- Butter – I always recommend using unsalted butter, even when adding salt to the recipe. This is because it lets you control the amount of salt that is in the recipe.
- Brown sugar – Brown sugar in cookies helps to keep them moist, soft and chewy. The molasses in the sugar also gives the cookies a great flavor.
- Egg
- Vanilla
- Flour
- Baking powder
- Salt
- Baking soda
- Chocolate chips- You can use semi sweet, milk chocolate or dark chocolate chips in this recipe.
- Cadbury creme eggs – the caramel eggs can also be used.
- Pastel M&M’s – These are the M&Ms that come out for Easter. If you can not find these, you can use regular M&Ms.

Can I Use Ready Made Cookie Dough?
If you have premade cookie dough on hand and want to save time on this recipe, you can use ready made cookie dough. You can find this kind of cookie dough in the refrigerated section of your grocery store.
Can I Use Caramel Cadbury Eggs Instead?
I have heard many people say that they prefer Cadbury Caramel Eggs better than the Creme Eggs that are traditional Cadbury Eggs. If you want to use Caramel eggs instead of the traditional eggs, it will taste just as good in this recipe.
