How to Make Christmas Funfetti Cake
- Set the oven to 350 degrees.
- Take a paper towel with a dollop of shortening on it and rub it generously all over the inside of the Bundt pan.
- *You must make sure to get every ceviche inside the pan covered with the shortening.
- Then flour the pan generously. Tap the outside of the pan to knock out any of the excess flour.
- Add the milk and vanilla into a medium-sized bowl and combine, then set aside.
- Add the butter and sugar into a standing mixer and beat to combine until light and fluffy.
- Whisk the flour and baking powder in a large bowl until combined.
- Switching between wet and dry ingredients, slowly combine into the butter mixture and mix to combine on low to medium speed.
- Pour the egg whites into a separate large bowl and beat using a hand mixer until stiff with peaks.
- Fold into the batter to combine and add 2 C of sprinkles and mix again.
- Add the batter into the prepared pan.
- Place in the preheated oven for 45-60 minutes or until a tester comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool for 15 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

- Add the cream cheese and butter into a standing mixer and beat until combined and smooth.
- Add in the vanilla and beat again.
- Slowly add in the sugar and beat until smooth and combined.
- Add the frosting evenly over the cake and finish off with sprinkles.

Cake Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Prepare the Bundt pan by thoroughly greasing and flouring the pan.
- In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the milk and vanilla and set aside.
- Using a standing mixer, beat together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour and baking powder.
- Alternating between the milk and dry ingredients, gradually pour into the butter mixture and mix on low to medium speed until combined. .
- Using another large mixing bowl and a hand mixer, beat the eggs until stiff peaks form.
- Fold the egg whites into the cake batter.
- Mix in the 2 C of sprinkles.
- Pour the cake batter into the Bundt pan.
- Bake in the oven for 45-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean in the center.
- Allow to cool for 15 minutes before turning out onto a wire rack.
Cream Cheese Frosting Directions
- Using a standing mixer, beat together the cream cheese and butter until combined and smooth.
- Beat in the vanilla extract.
- Gradually beat in the powdered sugar until combined and smooth.
- Pour the frosting over the Bundt cake.
- Sprinkle the sprinkles on top.
